The Trashed Panda respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Panda Print handles information when you install and use the application.

Panda Print is designed as a locally operated Windows desktop application. Most information processed by Panda Print remains on your computer and is not uploaded to The Trashed Panda.

By using Panda Print, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.


1. Information Panda Print Processes

Panda Print may process and store information necessary to monitor and manage your Whatnot livestream sales.

Depending on how you use the application, this may include:

Whatnot Sales Information

  • Buyer usernames
  • Item names and item numbers
  • Order numbers or listing IDs
  • Sale prices
  • Transaction timestamps
  • Shipping information, when captured
  • Sale status, including completed sales, failed payments, giveaways, and similar transaction information

Seller Information

Panda Print may also store:

  • Your Whatnot seller or broadcaster username
  • Email address used for optional report delivery
  • Company name, if entered for reports
  • Printer selections and preferences

Application Settings

Panda Print stores certain settings required for operation, including:

  • License information
  • Email configuration, if enabled
  • Printer preferences
  • Paper size and layout preferences
  • User interface preferences
  • Browser selection
  • Other application configuration settings

2. Where Your Data Is Stored

Panda Print stores its application data locally on your Windows computer.

The primary application data folder is:

C:\Users\[YOUR_USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\PandaSuite\panda-print\

This folder may contain application settings, sales history, livestream session records, license information, and troubleshooting logs.

Your Panda Print sales and livestream data is not automatically uploaded to The Trashed Panda or a cloud database.


3. Whatnot Connection

Panda Print connects to Whatnot to monitor livestream activity.

Panda Print does not use a Whatnot API key. Instead, it uses browser-based monitoring and your existing browser session to access information associated with the Whatnot livestream you are monitoring.

Panda Print may use supported browsers such as Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.

Your existing browser session may contain cookies or other session information necessary for you to remain signed into Whatnot.

Panda Print Does Not Store Your Whatnot Password

Panda Print does not store your Whatnot username/password login credentials.

Browser cookies and login-session information remain under the control of your browser.

Panda Print uses the existing authenticated browser session to monitor relevant livestream activity.


4. Information Sent to The Trashed Panda

Panda Print communicates with The Trashed Panda servers for limited application-related purposes.

License Activation and Verification

Panda Print may send information such as:

  • Your Panda Print license key
  • Computer identifier or computer name
  • Application identifier
  • License activation information

This information is used to validate your license, associate it with the appropriate installation, and help prevent unauthorized license sharing.

Software Updates

When you check for software updates, Panda Print may communicate with The Trashed Panda servers to determine whether a newer version is available.

Information used for this process may include your current Panda Print application version.

If you choose to download an available update, the update installer may be downloaded from The Trashed Panda servers.

What Is NOT Sent to The Trashed Panda

Panda Print does not automatically send The Trashed Panda your:

  • Whatnot buyer information
  • Sales history
  • Item sales information
  • Livestream history
  • Email reports
  • Printer information
  • Whatnot password
  • Whatnot browser cookies

Your sales and livestream records remain stored locally on your computer unless you choose to transmit or export them yourself.


5. Browser Sessions and Login Information

Panda Print may use your existing browser profile and authenticated Whatnot session to monitor livestream activity.

Your browser is responsible for storing and managing your Whatnot login cookies and session information.

Panda Print does not independently store your Whatnot password.

If you wish to remove your saved Whatnot session, you can sign out of Whatnot or clear the applicable cookies and site data through your browser.


6. License Information

Panda Print stores information necessary to activate and verify your software license.

Your Panda Print license key is stored locally as part of the application’s configuration.

License information may be transmitted to The Trashed Panda licensing server for activation and verification.

A Panda Print license is specific to Panda Print and cannot be used to activate other Panda Suite applications.


7. Optional Email Features

Panda Print may allow you to email PDF reports or sales summaries after a livestream.

This feature is optional and must be configured by the user.

If you enable email functionality, you may provide:

  • SMTP server
  • SMTP port
  • Email username
  • Email password or application password
  • Recipient email address

Your email configuration is stored locally by Panda Print.

Panda Print uses the email provider that you configure, such as Gmail, Outlook, or another SMTP provider.

The Trashed Panda does not operate the email service used to deliver these messages.

Information Sent Through Your Email Provider

When you choose to send a report, information transmitted through your selected email provider may include:

  • Buyer usernames
  • Item information
  • Sale prices
  • Sales summaries
  • PDF reports
  • Show information

The privacy practices of your email provider are governed by that provider’s own privacy policy and terms.


8. Printer Access

Panda Print accesses the list of printers available through your Windows computer so you can select a printer for labels and reports.

Panda Print may locally store:

  • Selected printer name
  • Paper size
  • Orientation
  • Print layout
  • Darkness settings
  • Other printing preferences

Panda Print does not intentionally store printer MAC addresses, IP addresses, or printer-driver information as part of its normal configuration.

Print data is generated as needed and sent to your selected printer.


9. Local Sales and Livestream Logs

Panda Print maintains local records necessary for its sales and livestream functionality.

These records may include:

  • Historical sales
  • Buyer usernames
  • Items
  • Sale prices
  • Sale dates and times
  • Individual livestream session information
  • Current livestream information

These records are stored locally on your computer.

Panda Print may also create local troubleshooting logs containing application errors, license-validation activity, and, when debugging functionality is enabled, information related to Whatnot livestream communications.

These logs are not automatically transmitted to The Trashed Panda.


10. Analytics, Telemetry and Tracking

Panda Print does not use third-party analytics or advertising tracking services.

Panda Print does not automatically collect or transmit:

  • Usage analytics
  • User behavior analytics
  • Advertising identifiers
  • Performance analytics
  • Crash reports
  • Telemetry
  • Marketing tracking data

Application and debugging logs are stored locally on your computer.


11. Cloud Storage and Synchronization

Panda Print does not provide automatic cloud backup or synchronization of your Panda Print sales data.

Your Panda Print information is stored locally on your computer.

Panda Print does not automatically:

  • Upload your sales database to the cloud
  • Synchronize sales history between computers
  • Back up your data to The Trashed Panda servers
  • Upload livestream records

You are responsible for maintaining backups of locally stored Panda Print information you wish to preserve.


12. Software Updates

Panda Print includes the ability to check The Trashed Panda servers for available software updates.

When you initiate an update check, Panda Print compares your installed version with the version currently available.

If an update is available, you may choose to download it.

Panda Print does not install software updates without user action.


13. Third-Party Services

Panda Print may interact with third-party services necessary to provide functionality.

These may include:

Whatnot

Panda Print uses your existing Whatnot browser session to monitor livestream sales activity.

Information exchanged directly with Whatnot is subject to Whatnot’s own privacy policy and terms.

Your Email Provider

If you enable email reporting, Panda Print communicates with the SMTP email provider you configure.

Information sent through that service is subject to your email provider’s privacy policy.

Web Browsers

Panda Print may interact with supported web browsers such as Chrome, Edge, or Firefox to use your existing Whatnot browser session.

Browser data and cookies remain subject to your browser configuration and the applicable service’s policies.

The Trashed Panda

Panda Print communicates with The Trashed Panda servers for software licensing, license verification, and software update functionality.


14. Third-Party Software Libraries

Panda Print uses third-party software libraries as part of the application’s local operation.

These may include technologies used for:

  • Browser automation
  • Application interface functionality
  • Image processing
  • PDF generation

These locally used software components do not mean your Panda Print sales information is automatically transmitted to the developers of those libraries.


15. Data Retention

Panda Print stores sales history, livestream records, settings, and other application information locally until you delete that information or remove the applicable application data.

The Trashed Panda does not maintain a cloud copy of your Panda Print sales history.

Limited license information may remain in The Trashed Panda’s licensing system as necessary to manage software licenses and activations.


16. Deleting Your Panda Print Data

You control the Panda Print information stored locally on your computer.

To completely remove Panda Print’s locally stored application data:

  1. Uninstall Panda Print through Windows.
  2. Delete the following folder:

C:\Users\[YOUR_USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\PandaSuite\panda-print\

Deleting this folder may permanently remove:

  • Sales history
  • Livestream session records
  • Panda Print settings
  • License information stored locally
  • Email configuration
  • Printer preferences
  • Application logs
  • Debugging information

Deleting this folder cannot be undone unless you have created your own backup.

Deleting Panda Print’s local files does not delete your Whatnot account or information stored by Whatnot.

It also does not automatically remove your browser’s Whatnot login session.

License activation records maintained by The Trashed Panda may also remain after the local application has been removed.

17. Data Security

Panda Print is designed to minimize unnecessary transmission of your business information by keeping sales and livestream records locally on your computer.

However, no computer system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining reasonable security for your Windows computer, browser account, email account, local Panda Print files, and backups.

We recommend using appropriate Windows account security, strong passwords, and maintaining secure backups of important business information.


18. Children’s Privacy

Panda Print is business software intended for resellers and is not designed or marketed for use by children.

We do not knowingly use Panda Print to collect personal information from children.


19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Trashed Panda may update this Privacy Policy as Panda Print features or privacy practices change.

When this policy is updated, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised.

We encourage users to periodically review this Privacy Policy for changes.
