C:\Users\[YOUR_USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\PandaSuite\panda-profit\
The main database is stored as:
panda_profit.db
Panda Profit uses a local SQLite database for your inventory, sales, refunds, expenses, mileage, and related business information.
The application may also create local folders or files for:
- License information
- Business logos and images
- Database backups
- Application settings
Your Panda Profit business database is not automatically uploaded to The Trashed Panda or a cloud database.
3. Cloud Storage and Synchronization
Panda Profit does not automatically upload your business database to the cloud.
Panda Profit does not provide automatic synchronization with:
- Google Drive
- Dropbox
- OneDrive
- iCloud
- AWS
- Azure
- The Trashed Panda servers
Your Panda Profit database remains stored locally on your computer unless you personally copy, export, back up, or otherwise transfer it elsewhere.
4. Marketplace Information
Panda Profit is designed to track sales from multiple marketplaces and selling platforms.
You may use Panda Profit to record sales from platforms such as:
- eBay
- Whatnot
- Amazon
- TikTok Shop
- Shopify
- Facebook Marketplace
- Other selling platforms
Simply selecting or recording a marketplace inside Panda Profit does not mean Panda Profit automatically connects to that marketplace.
Sales and inventory information is generally entered manually or imported from files unless a specific integration is enabled.
5. Whatnot
Panda Profit does not directly connect to Whatnot.
Panda Profit does not:
- Monitor Whatnot livestreams
- Automatically import Whatnot sales
- Access the Whatnot API
- Store your Whatnot password
- Require access to your Whatnot account
Whatnot sales can be manually entered or imported into Panda Profit like sales from other platforms.
Panda Print is a separate Panda Suite application and has its own privacy practices regarding Whatnot livestream monitoring.
6. Optional eBay Integration
Panda Profit may support an optional eBay OAuth connection used in connection with compatible Panda Suite functionality, including integration with Relist Agent.
This functionality is optional and must be enabled by the user.
If enabled, eBay OAuth authentication information may be stored separately within:
C:\Users\[YOUR_USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\PandaSuite\ebay\
Panda Profit itself does not automatically download your eBay sales simply because eBay authentication has been configured.
Your eBay authentication information is used only for supported eBay/Panda Suite functionality that you choose to enable.
7. Passwords, Credentials and Authentication
Panda Profit does not require a traditional Panda Profit username and password.
The application uses a software license key for activation.
Panda Profit Does Not Store
Panda Profit does not normally store:
- Marketplace account passwords
- Email passwords
- Banking passwords
- Credit card credentials
- API keys for unrelated third-party services
Optional eBay Authentication
If you choose to enable supported eBay integration, an eBay OAuth refresh token may be stored locally in the shared Panda Suite eBay configuration folder.
This allows supported Panda Suite functionality to authenticate with eBay without storing your eBay password.
8. License Information
Panda Profit stores information necessary to activate and validate your software license.
This may include:
- Panda Profit license key
- License year
- Computer identifier or computer name
- Customer name associated with the license

Initial Panda Profit activation requires an internet connection so the application can verify your license with The Trashed Panda licensing system.
After successful activation, Panda Profit can perform its normal local functions without a continuous internet connection.
The application may periodically verify your license again when an internet connection is available.
Each Panda Suite application requires its own appropriate license.
A Panda Profit license does not automatically activate Panda Print, Relist Agent, or another Panda Suite application.
11. Calendar-Year Licensing
Panda Profit licenses operate on a calendar-year basis.
A Panda Profit license is valid for the calendar year for which it was issued and expires on December 31 of that year.
A license is not necessarily valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
For example, a license issued for 2026 expires on December 31, 2026.
License activation and verification information may be transmitted to The Trashed Panda as described in this Privacy Policy.
For complete information regarding Panda Profit licensing, expiration, renewal, and application functionality after expiration, please review the Panda Profit FAQ.

Backups may be stored within:
C:\Users\[YOUR_USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\PandaSuite\panda-profit\backups\
Panda Profit backups are local backups.
They are not automatically uploaded to The Trashed Panda or a third-party cloud-storage provider.
You are responsible for maintaining additional copies of important backups if you want protection against computer or storage-drive failure.
15. Importing and Exporting Data
Panda Profit supports importing and exporting business information using supported file formats such as CSV and Excel.
When you export information from Panda Profit, the resulting file is stored in the location you select.
Once information has been exported from Panda Profit, you are responsible for securing, storing, sharing, or deleting that exported file.
Deleting information from Panda Profit does not necessarily delete copies you previously exported.
16. Analytics, Telemetry and Tracking
Panda Profit does not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking services.
Panda Profit does not automatically collect or transmit:
- Usage analytics
- Feature usage statistics
- User behavior information

If an update is available, you may choose whether to download it.
Panda Profit does not automatically install updates without user action.
Release information may be available for review before downloading an update.
19. Third-Party Services

eBay
If you enable supported eBay integration, Panda Profit or compatible Panda Suite functionality may use eBay OAuth authentication.

Panda Profit does not directly connect to Whatnot, Amazon, Mercari, Shopify, or other marketplaces as part of its standard manual sales-tracking functionality.

These may include technologies used for:
- User interface functionality
- Local database management
- Data processing
- PDF generation

The use of a local software library does not mean your Panda Profit database is automatically transmitted to the developer of that library.
21. Data Retention
Panda Profit stores your inventory, sales, expenses, mileage, refunds, settings, and other business information locally until you delete or modify that information.
Your Panda Profit business database does not automatically expire or disappear when your software license expires.

22. Deleting Your Panda Profit Data
You control the Panda Profit business information stored locally on your computer.
To completely remove Panda Profit’s locally stored information:

- Refund records
- Expenses
- Mileage records

- Business logo
- Printer settings
- SKU configuration
- Panda Profit license information stored locally

Deleting this folder cannot be undone unless you have a separate backup.
23. Optional eBay Data Removal
If you previously enabled eBay authentication, eBay OAuth information may exist in the shared Panda Suite eBay folder:
C:\Users\[YOUR_USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\PandaSuite\ebay\
This folder may be shared by other Panda Suite applications.
Do not delete the shared eBay folder if another Panda Suite application is using it unless you also intend to remove that application’s stored eBay authentication.
Deleting locally stored eBay authentication information does not necessarily revoke authorization on eBay’s servers. You may also need to manage connected applications through your eBay account.
24. Information That May Remain After Uninstalling

- Panda Profit license records maintained by The Trashed Panda
- CSV files you previously exported

- Information maintained by third-party services you separately used
If you need assistance with a Panda Profit license activation record, contact The Trashed Panda support.
